Street Outreach

Street Outreach services are available to anyone ages 10 and up who lack sufficient housing and find themselves in need of assistance. The program offers direct referral to local resources and can also provide small necessities such as water, non-perishable food items and blankets to those in need.

In addition to direct support, our Outreach Workers are available to lead community trainings and deliver presentations on all agency services, helping raise awareness and build stronger networks of care. Whether you're seeking help or looking to learn more, we're here to guide, educate, and empower.
