It is funded through federal, state and local sources including the Administration for Children and Families (ACF/DHHS), Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Flint City, Genesee County, Shiawassee County, Genesee County Courts, United Way and private donations.
