Jim Perlaki

Executive Director

Provides leadership and oversight for agency programs, supervisors, and operational departments while coordinating community partnerships to improve youth and family services throughout Genesee, Lapeer, and Shiawassee Counties. Responsibilities include program planning and evaluation, grant writing and reporting, budget oversight, community engagement, and collaboration with schools, courts, social service agencies, law enforcement, and funding partners to support the agency’s mission and program goals.

Holly Huestis

Facilities Operations Manager

Oversees the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of all agency properties and vehicles to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include managing facility and vehicle upkeep, inventory, health and safety compliance, inspections, repairs, and operational support to maintain safe and efficient environments for staff and residents.

Chris Warber, MBA

Business Operations Manager

Oversees all financial operations for the agency, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, grant requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include managing financial records, invoicing, budgeting, reporting, bank reconciliations, grant compliance, and supporting audits and financial planning while maintaining accurate documentation and efficient fiscal processes.

Administrative Manager

Oversees personnel management, records management, marketing, and operational support to ensure effective delivery of youth services. Staff recruitment and training, community partnership development, program compliance, professional development coordination, fund development support, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and licensing regulations while promoting trauma-informed and youth-centered care

REACH Program Coordinator

Oversees shelter and supportive services for youth experiencing homelessness, crisis situations, or housing instability. Coordinates daily program operations, provides crisis support and resource connections, and helps create a safe, supportive environment where youth can access stability, guidance, and opportunities for long-term success.

Traverse Place Program Coordinator Mike Strieler

Traverse Place Program Coordinator

Oversees the transitional housing and life-skills program designed to help young adults transition toward stable, independent living. Supports residents with goal planning and resource connections, and works closely with community partners to promote long-term success, stability, and self-sufficiency through compassionate, client-centered care.

Street Outreach Program Coordinator

Oversees community outreach efforts to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, mental health challenges, and other barriers. Also coordinates outreach activities, connects clients with essential resources, builds community partnerships, and provides compassionate, trauma-informed support.
