  • To access our services, you can contact Reach Resource Services directly at (810) 233-8700. For specific programs, you can reach Traverse Place at (810) 341-6328, Street Outreach for youth at (810) 449-3667 or for adults at (810) 553-0056.

  • Confidentiality is a key priority at Reach Resource Services. We understand the importance of privacy and safety for homeless teens and at-risk youth seeking our help. Our staff members are trained to handle all cases with the utmost discretion.

  • Our shelters, REACH and Traverse Place, are situated in downtown Flint. These facilities are well-maintained, older large homes that feature both private and shared bedroom spaces. They also include community areas and offices for case management and counseling services.

  • After leaving Reach Resource Services, aftercare support is available upon request at any time. Our programs are designed to provide specialized services to ensure residents receive the help they need. No youth, adult, or family is ever turned away from receiving support. You can reach out by making a phone call or contacting your previous case manager. The possibility of returning to a runaway shelter is evaluated on an individual basis.

  • There are no strict geographic restrictions for our services. While our programs are designed to primarily serve those in Genesee, Flint, and Shiawassee Counties, we aim to support anyone in need. Our shelter facilities are located in the City of Flint and can only be accessed there. However, our Rapid Rehousing options are available throughout Genesee County.
