REACH

REACH is our main youth support program. It offers immediate help and long-term solutions for young people facing homelessness or family issues. We provide emergency shelter, counseling, and resources to help youth find stability and build a better future.

Street Outreach Program

Our Street Outreach Program extends our services beyond our facility. We connect with at-risk youth in their own environments, offering support, resources, and safe options. Our team works hard to build trust and provide crucial services to vulnerable youth.

Traverse Place

Traverse Place is our transitional living program for young adults aged 16-21. It provides a supportive environment to learn life skills, continue education or find employment, and prepare for independent living. We offer a safe space where youth can grow and succeed.
