Reach Resource Services provides a Street Outreach Program for homeless individuals ages 10 and up in Genesee, Lapeer, and Shiawassee Counties. We are committed to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through a range of compassionate, community-based services. Our dedicated team provides access to safe shelter, counseling, and essential resources tailored to the needs of youth and adults.
In addition to direct support, our Outreach Workers are available to lead community trainings and deliver presentations on all agency services, helping raise awareness and build stronger networks of care. Whether you're seeking help or looking to learn more, we're here to guide, educate, and empower.
The Street Outreach Program began in 2015 with government funding for youth but has recently expanded to utilize local funding to service the adult population. If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness, contact us for assistance.
